Inspired by the University of Dundee’s Drawn exhibition and the imminent COP26 meeting, this is an in-person creative workshop led by Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design (DJCAD). After seeing drawings and paintings of Dundee past, the workshop will inspire you to draw your own idea of a greener future for the city. Your ideas will also feed into the planning of panels for the Dundee Tapestry Project, an initiative led by the Weaver Incorporation of Dundee in partnership with DJCAD and the artist Andrew Crummy (see https://www.thedundeetapestry.com )
The workshop will be restricted to 8 participants and is suitable for adults and young people aged 16 or over. No drawing experience is required – just your enthusiasm! All materials will be supplied.
Places must be booked in advance. Open to those aged 16 and over.
